I, Aarushi, welcome you with open arms and an open heart. I'm feeling so grateful that I have the chance to take you on this journey with me.

Each day contains three sessions. 

Session 1: This session targets a topic and will equip you with knowledge and healthy practices to use when you happen to treat yourself unkindly.  

Session 2: A mindful session of positive affirmations to retrain your brain to speak to yourself with empowering words in a kind tone. 

Session 3: Use the given prompt to write your Gratitude journal.

For Session 3, you can use the following options to journal:

  1. Pen and paper: If you're more comfortable with old-school methods, you can dedicate a small notebook to writing your affirmations and journal entries every day.
  2. Gratitude app: We also have our very own gratitude journal and affirmations app where you can type in your journal entries, add photos to them, create affirmations and record your voice to them. It is a much more portable and interactive way of taking this course. Download the app here.

One more thing! To keep things fun, you will receive gifts on days 7, 14, and 21 that will further support your self-love journey.
